J-B Weld WaterWeld is a specially formulated two-part adhesive system that provides strong, waterproof repairs for surfaces such as tile, porcelain, fiberglass and others. At room temperature, WaterWeld sets in 5 minutes and at full cure can be sanded and painted, with a 2350 PSI strength that is retained above or below the water's surface.
